Does it work without data?

Yes. Download a walk on wifi before you head out — audio, map and route all work offline. GPS doesn’t need data.

What’s the free listen?

Every walk lets you hear a full stop before you pay — on the street or from your couch. No account needed to try it.

How does pricing work?

One city pass unlocks every walk in that city, forever — including walks we add later. It never expires, and it’s not a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?

Signed in with the same Apple ID, tap “Restore purchases” in the app. Your city passes are tied to your Apple ID, so they follow you to a new device.

Do I need headphones?

One earbud is the sweet spot — the city in one ear, the story in the other. Speaker works too, if you’re alone on the towpath.

Will it drain my battery?

A 90-minute walk uses roughly what a podcast plus maps would. Your screen stays off — that’s most of the saving.

Refunds?

Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds do too — and if something’s genuinely wrong, write to us and we’ll make it right.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and listen history. Purchases remain tied to your Apple ID.
